- BBBernie BullockMar 18, 20203.0The personnel is friendly and outgoing. I am able to make payments by phone or online. The only grievance I have is the length of time you are locked into your contract when you file a claim. Once you file a claim, it takes 5 years for it to fall off your report. No other insurance company will touch you until then. Even if it benefits you financially.
