- RLRon LockJul 28, 20243.0I find out that the computer system is very difficult to communicate with. All my other experiences with Insurance has been with an agent that took care of all those things. I also believe the driveways is set up so you don’t get the discount, because I’ve tried many times to go in and I have not been able to fill the additional information out that they’re requesting, I’m not pleased at all
