  Cassondra explained everything to me from beginning to end. She informed me of all my options and when I asked a question she took time and answered. At no time did she make me feel that I was wasting her time. I am so pleased to have met her. A very satisfied customer. ❤️

  Lisa Mote was great to work with. The reason for the 4 stars has nothing to do with her skills or service. It has to do with the previous person I was working with that didn't return my call from a day and a half ago. Rates are good. I believe I'll be happy with the product and any service I may need.

  Nikki was amazing, I had actually called in bc I had originally canceled my policy w/ my local store on 11/01/25, and my policy was still showing active as of 11/10/25. Nikki helped me get my policy canceled right away and gave me the # to customer service for them to help me get my policy back dated to when it was supposed to be canceled. I have been with Direct Auto for almost a year, and Nikki and Sammy (customer service) were by far the nicest and most helpful that I've spoke to, since being w/ Direct Auto, everybody else has been rude and acted like I was bothering them! Thank you Nikki & Sammy, I appreciate it.
