  Rhonda Breaux was most helpful in explaining my policy and updating my autopay. We looked at my coverages and rates. She also removed a car that I no longer own. She is so kind and thoughtful. She made me fill secure in keeping this Direct Auto policy as I had another quote from State Farm. She spent an hour with me. I appreciated all of her expertise and ability to explain everything to me. Yall are very lucky to have such a knowledgeable person working for you. One week later.... Bill for insurance came in mail. I tried calling several times on to get call center. Policy $40.22 higher than what I was told at the office. Hopefully it is a mistake.
