  I called to get home quote the girl who answered said an agent would call me back, it's been 3 days and still no call back. Guess they don't need the commission

  Horrible experience. Jumped my premium from $2900 to $5200 without calling me. Made my mortgage monthly payments jumped by $700. All this because they sent an adjuster out and gave me an extra 1800 sqft!!!! That’s a big mistakes that is out of my hands. They informed me any policy you sign that it can go up or down without the need to tell you ( this sounds shady). Now, I’m paying for premium that is unnecessary. Been working to get my refunds for about a month and was able to get this year back only. Telling me last year basically can’t be refunded. Ruth, a staff there stated multiple times she would call me back for updates etc. It’s 4/10 times they would call you back. More often than not, you have to reach out to them to get answers.

  Allstate has been the best insurance company for me with Drivewise and my renter's insurance. Allstate has the best rates and friendly helpful employees. I left Geico for Allstate for better deals and pricing. I only wish Allstate had bumperstickers for my vehicle to tell others who I am insured with? Keep up the good work. Sincerely Michael Jones
