  I had insurance with Allstate for 10 plus years. I had filed only two claims since I had this insurance. Allstate dropped us after a house exploded on our street from a gas leak. Allstate did not even completely cover the damages we incurred as a result of the explosion. We were told to get the work done and Allstate would reimburse us. Months later they dropped us instead. Allstate is a complete rip off and I wish I would have had some different insurance

  Marcus Nixon is great until there is a misunderstanding. Then instead of having good customer service he doesn’t care to hear both sides of the story. And hangs up in your face instead of coming to an understanding and both parties being happy with each other. Don’t try to move your payment up any no matter what. They will tell you that you don’t have to worry about it till the 20th and take almost $700 out on the 6th. I don’t write reviews ever. This is my first actually. but this is need to know. He assumed a situation and didn’t care to hear what it actually was. Cody Ross was the back bone of this company when it came to customer service. Now that he’s gone I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

  Mr. Mark is the sweetest agent that I have ever met. He is agent who will work with you to get you what you need. If he can't quite get it, he will try his best to accommodate you as much he can. Great agent that I would recommend at anytime.
