- TKTia KringNov 10, 20255.0I called Jason to get a quote on home insurance because our other company had gotten so high. He was able to save us $1500 a year on our home insurance! He was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful with my questions.
- BBBrennan BurkardOct 31, 20251.0Totally unhelpful both in helping us save money with our policies (I saved $1000 on a six month policy when I switched auto insurance to another company that HE had switched my mom to 6 months earlier, but refused to quote for me!), and the one time we tried to file a claim after having Allstate for more than a decade and were completely denied, he “apologized” that he couldn’t get them to change their decision one bit. He was arrogant and useless as an agent. Was easier to deal with Allstate directly. Also, I was never provided a copy of my policy and it was unavailable via their client portal. I had to speak with 2 different people from Allstate directly to get a copy after our claim was denied.
