- DDDre DraperMay 4, 20213.0I wanted to give a 5 star for their knowledge and customer service is GREAT. However, communication isn’t great. I’m a NEW owner Operator and have plenty questions and concerns being that this is all new to me. Trucking has became my primary means of income. I call with questions and concerns and can’t get anyone on the phone but the receptionist and she directs me straight to a voicemail which I never get a call back. I have to wait days later and eventually call back to get a voicemail again. It’s stressful having issues and can’t get them resolved by my insurance agent-WHICH INSURANCE IS EVERYTHING IN THE TRUCKING WORLD. I Recommend speaking to Mrs Karen Edge or Mrs Karen Gross in order to have a great experience. Long story short is this is a nightmare to a new owner operator if the agent doesn’t respond to any emails or voicemail in a timely manner. We’re already struggling to find loads because our authority is new. I have had loads rejected because I couldn’t get my agent on the phone in a timely manner.
