She truly lacks the high level of communication skills I have received down through the years. I really prefer calling corporate to get answers to my questions. At least these representatives resolved my issues. She doesn't listen, nor does exhibit a standard of customer satisfaction. As a 20+ year policyholder, my expectations of meeting my needs have deminished.
