I can speak to my own experience and say that my agent, James Carlton, and the employees who work for him are absolutely top-notch. They are super responsive. They do not shy from trying to help me. If you have a State Farm agent who is not doing his job for you, or an agent from another company, take a look at this agency. They know who I am by name! I once had an agent for years and years, and he never called me, and did everything he could never to help me in a crisis. I left and went to James Carlton State Farm and it’s like I have a friend.
