  As an out of state property owner with two policies, it's essential to have people I trust to be my eyes and ears, to represent me and my interests fairly. James Carlton -State Farm Insurance Agent is someone I can depend on. Mike in the office has been very helpful. Emails and phone calls are returned quickly--this helps resolve issues that arise and inspires confidence. Happy outcomes with small matters leads to confidence that if there ever is a larger issue, we can work through it to a fair solution. I've recommended this company to other family members who also do business with them.

  The service and communication that you get from Mike and Stephanie are literally world class. I have a hail damage claim going on and they kept me updated very consistently. Always asking if I needed anything else and how things are going. Plus a just referred someone to James Carlton and they got a yearly savings of $3600 on auto and rental insurance. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people.
