- CCChisholm ClanFeb 17, 20261.0If you want a agent that doesn't know you or keep up with their customers Lee is your guy. Had them for years but their prices go up regular even with no changes. I called to discuss once and was told I didn't have coverage with them. An hour later magically I had coverage again. They only want your premiums, you would be better served to find and agent that actually cares
- JRJESSE RUPPDec 4, 20251.0Claims, when you file a claim with allstate they will do anything to get out of it. Rare and Tear to the shingles at my mother's house they said. Owen's Corning 25 year shingle. Roof was replaced in 2012. In 2025 the customer service representative adjuster.Said yeah we see that you received over 1.25" of hail. Everyone around me has received a new roof. This is not including the tornado that was 0.03 miles from mom's house. I can tell you now I am ashamed to say we have them.

They were very pushy and was throwing up red flags so I called Lee who is my local agent for All-State. He fixed everything and saved me from getting my info stolen and got me a really great quote. I will be getting allstate asap
