- RCRussell ColeAug 27, 20251.0Consumer beware as this office will not stand behind the policies they sell. We experienced a catastrophic hail storm and when Allstate denied coverage PBJ Financial stated they never sold us cosmetic coverage. Errors and Omissions had to get involved and Paul provided them false statements. Thankfully I was able to prove he lied and now his company has to pay up. Please if you do business with them get everything in writing as they will throw you under the bus.

I've never missed a payment and never made a claim, with all that said they still raised my insurance every 6 month renewal. Once I did get ahold of someone she told me that's the best they can do within seconds like she didn't try. I would almost bet any of the reviews on here that are positive is fake and made by them. Poor poor team and worst insurance company.. 4 years wasted with them.
