  Horrible customer service. After we told them to cancel the auto policy, they continued to call my Father in law. Employees had no idea what they had my father in law pay for. They took money from him when he can't afford it and refused to reverse the transaction. Employees said that they rewrote the policy only to call back 10 minutes later and say that didn't happen. Even though they sent over a new written policy?! What is going on at the Agency where you don't know what was done? You think my father in law is confused with dementia and you constantly tell me that he shouldn't be driving, but you all can't figure out what your doing? How are we to make sense of anything? They are over charging my FIL by $3000 a year. I have quotes from other carriers for way better coverage. Do not use this agency. We will be also changing agencies for his home owner insurance. This has been the biggest headache ever.
