They messed up my homeowner's policy and turned around and blamed the postal service for it. They did not handle the policy switch-over with my mortgage company properly, and as a result, I am facing a gap in my insurance coverage. Furthermore, their agent was quite rude on the phone. Their company motto must be to deny, deny, and deny any responsibility for the mishap.
