There were glitches from the Washington side, as if we were no longer important and refunds sent other than we requested. Ms Jackson has gotten our new accounts up and going promptly and kept us aprised of. any information she could legally obtain about the problems with Washington. She has called us on at least two occasions to determine if there might be anything further she might help with and to ask how things were going. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a quote on insurance. She will make you feel improtant not just a number. Give her a try. Scott
