We had been with the same carrier and agency in our former state for 25 years, but grew tired of the high premium prices and continual increases over time, so we decided it was time to check around. We opted to go to State Farm in Ozark (Dustin Kirkman). Our new agent at State Farm, Julie Shadwick was excellent! My husband had several calls with her over a couple week time period while he obtained quotes and got several questions answered. Julie was very accessible and responsive to all his questions and got information back to him in an expedient manner. We were able to save over $1300 a year overall by switching to State Farm. When we went into the office to finalize the switch to State Farm, Julie was there and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. She was personable and professional throughout the entire process. We are glad we decided on this agency to meet all our insurance needs. Overall, we are very happy with the new insurance, and with State Farm in Ozark (Dustin Kirkman) and with our new agent, Julie. I would highly recommend this insurance agency.
