I actually am changing providers as they have been charging me to have my daughter on my policy when I actually cancelled years ago when she was a teen. She actually had her own insurance with THIS company for at least 13 years after moving out - I have the payment on autopay so I did not pay much attention until someone asked me why my insurance was so high. They also did not cancel insurance on a car I sold six months ago after notifying them it was no longer mine. They refuse to refund and admit their mistake. They were rude on the phone, admonished me for not checking fine details more often and forced me to call corporate to get help - I am VERY frustrated here. I have been with them over 30 years. Doesn’t matter at all. Very poor customer service.
