I've had to reach out many times over the years for hit-and-runs (not my fault!), accidents, weather related damage, etc... I have always received a response immediately. They have always been great with communication. They make things clear, concise and consistent. I have shopped rates just for the heck of it but have not found any other company that comes close to the rates I am given. Steve has called or emailed me personally to inform me of the status of things or to thank me and I truly appreciate that. I am sure he is very busy, but he does not give that impression because he gives you 100% of his attention. Also, his staff is outstanding. He really has the right people in place taking care of business. I can honestly say, I would not move my business anywhere else.
