  Sasha took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my decisions. Over the several days that we communicated to get the new polices(auto, home, & second home)in place she was patient, always responsive, and incredibly thorough the entire time. On top of that, she was able to find me great pricing without sacrificing the quality of coverage, which I really appreciated.
