  My experience with The Busby Insurance Group (Allstate Insurance) for the past 14 months has been exceptionally excellent. Steve, Jacob and Malika have given me amazing customer service and personal attention. My circumstances was highly unusual and complex concerning the death of a relative involving homes, rentals, car and on going claims. They were patient, understanding and provided advice and direction to help solve the obstacles that I encountered throughout the process of resolving his insurance accounts. Whenever I had a problem , a question or needed help from them to address a third party concern on my behalf they enthusiastically responded and took action. My deceased relative was their client, not me, but they treated me as if I were their client. I can absolutely highly recommend The Steve Busby Insurance Group for your insurance needs!

  Welp, it was a good run...but I feel robbed now. I had been with Allstate here in Jefferson City for over 7 years. They started off great for the first 6 years, but I noticed over the last year or so that the customer service was in decline and I was getting much slower response times and sometime not getting a response at all and having to follow up again. As I was waiting for a reply for an auto quote recently, I decided to check around to other places. Turns out, State Farm was able to save me $2,562.67 per year for the same bundle I had with Allstate (home + 2 auto + 2 motorcycles). You read that right, that is what I'm SAVING...not what I'm paying. I made sure all of my coverage is almost identical (although I am getting roadside assistance with State Farm which I wasn't getting with Allstate). So needless to say, I called Allstate and cancelled everything I had with them to move to State Farm. I gave 2 stars because they were good for several years, but if someone were to ask me if they should use Allstate today, I would say no because of the cost and decline in service.

  Steve Busby and staff at the Busby Allstate Insurance Group are topnotch. Always at the ready to answer questions and solve any issues. The rates have been wonderful and have saved us a good deal also. I highly recommend Steve and his group!
