  Never received an email reply back or a phone call after leaving voicemails. Had to call for multiple days until I got someone to answer the phone in their office. Removed my ex husband from my home owner policy and provided all the documentation in April. They removed him from the policy but failed to remove him from my profile. Called and spoke to Clint himself in July to ask why I still saw my ex husband on my policy. He said oh he wasn’t removed from this part and proceeded to remove him. I ended up canceling my policies with them due to constant price increases. When I terminated my policies, somehow my ex husband ended up back on my account. So when I received the refund check for the remainder of the policy, my ex husband is also on the check!! I’m having to prove to Allstate AGAIN that my ex husband is not on my policy or associated with MY house!! This office does not seem to care about their error or the headache this has and continues to cause me.
