  Such wonderful people to work with at Jenkins and James! I just had the pleasure of working with Anne Beshears! This agency has had me covered during all my walks through life…from renters insurance to homeowners, auto, etc. They represent many insurance companies, so they will get you the best deal for your needs. I could not recommend this company more!!

  I reached out to James Jenkins for HVAC business insurance assistance. Upon learning I was comparing quotes from multiple providers, he became verbally abusive and demeaning — behavior that is completely unacceptable in a professional context. More concerning is his business model: he operates on a commission structure where he exclusively refers clients to providers who pay him kickbacks. These fees are baked into inflated quotes with no disclosure to the client. This is a direct conflict of interest and may constitute a violation of insurance broker ethics standards and state disclosure requirements. Any business owner seeking insurance should obtain independent quotes directly from carriers and be cautious of brokers who discourage comparison shopping. I strongly advise verifying whether your broker's recommendations are in your interest — or theirs.
