Ryan Orr, was extremely helpful with finding me a new rate for my auto insurance. He also went above and beyond by calling multiple progressive reps because they were giving me the run around about cancelling my insurance coverage through their company. That's again Ryan for assisting me today I greatly appreciate it. I'll get back with you about home owner insurance, life insurance and I'll be sending a referral your way.

I’ve been working with Hayden and she has been a delight! I got a policy today I probably never would’ve if she did not explain it to me, and I plan on eventually starting another one she offered. She explains everything without pressure and makes insurance easy to understand. Thank you Hayden!!!

I have had problems with getting storm damage on my roof. State Farm Representative Marion has been instrumental in trying to get this cleared up. I have had this problem since May of 2025 when the storm came through. I talked with a couple of State Farm Representatives in regard to my roof and none of them seemed to care or want to help me. My brother also talked with a Representative and was informed I need to ask for a different adjuster to evaluate. I asked for one and was never contacted back. I had to get a mortgage on my home to pay FM Roofing to put a new roof, siding, and gutters. I have been with State Farm for 35 years on my home and made a claim only once, in all those years till now. Aggravated and frustrated I thought I would give State Farm a call again to let them know I will be finding a new Insurance company. That is when I talked to Marion and she has listened and stayed by me with trying to get me help for my roof. Here it is 2026 and now I am having problems with FM Roofing sending pictures of the damages and the new roof I had to put on my house. Marion is still working with me and Matt with FM Roofing said it was storm damage and was even here for the Adjuster to show him the damages, so I don't understand why they are not cooperating with my insurance company. Marion has been fantastic through it all and is trying to help me any way she can. She has even contacted FM Roofing and told them exactly what they need. We are still waiting for them to send the pictures. so, if you ever need a representative from State Farm that cares, contact Marion she actually cares and will follow up on what as long as necessary to help you be able to solve the problems as best she can.

IN ADDITION TO MY LAST REVIEW!
if I could give a -1 I would. They reached out to me after my review and I’m not mad they don’t wanna cover me or my family, but the audacity to sign someone up BEFORE knowing “State Farm” underwriting wouldn’t have any issues with it and then cancel your policy is mind boggling to me. A huge waste of damn time! Like I stated before, all 3 of us were on the policy before with no issues just the price increase after 6 months and even then they didn’t have a good reason to almost double my premium. When they called to reinstate my policy, wouldn’t you think that I would want the same exact policy with all the drivers I had before? This is a direct quote from whomever reached out.
“We want to explain that everything is fine when it comes to you and your husband being on the insurance, but when adding your mom to the insurance, State Farm has decided to deny coverage. Unfortunately, State Farm did not give us a notification that they were going to deny the coverage, and we had no idea that would cause such an issue.”
To go even further with this, they asked if they should try to leave her off the policy to see if they would reinstate me and my husband, then it was still a no? lol hmmm
Do yourself a favor and run from State Farm as fast as you can. I have heard so many of my own customers and the awful stories they have about this company along the same lines as mine and also worse.

I normally try to be patient and understanding as I work in customer service and with insurance/car rental, but my experience with this State Farm office and State Farm in general has been nothing short of exhausting. When I first got in contact with them, they were extremely attentive. They reached out to me multiple times to get my business, got me in the door at around $350 per month which was a great price for the amount of drivers, cars and policies I had compared to what I was paying before. Everything seemed smooth. I even asked about adding my mom’s house to my policy seeing how well everything was going and was told it was “all good,” and they gave me a monthly price, paid the whole thing upfront. Based on that, I cancelled my existing policy—only to later be told that my mom’s roof was “too old” to insure. I understand underwriting rules, but that should have been checked before giving me a quote, making the payments or advising me to switch policies.
About six months later, when it came time to renew, my monthly rate increased by over $200 with no real explanation. And the responsiveness that was so great in the beginning? Completely gone. Calls and texts would go unanswered for days.
I also went through some financial hardship due to a death in my family overseas, which had me out of the country for two months and caused my policy to lapse. Not their fault, but they called and said they could get me insured again—I was honestly relieved. But then I had to follow up three separate times just to get my mom added to the policy like it was before. Same situation with adding my husband to our renters insurance—their suggestion, supposedly to lower my monthly rate, yet I had to keep chasing them to get it done.
Then came the cancellation with no call from them, which honestly I find very unprofessional since I signed up with their specific branch. They dropped me over accidents that happened over a year before I ever signed up with them—one where I hit a deer and another hit-and-run where I was the victim. Both were fully documented with police reports. The other accident they cited was from 2020 and one from 2023 which was a glass only claim. They also cited things like “late loan payments,” which makes zero sense because I filed bankruptcy over a year and a half ago in which everything was discharged, and the payments I have now are on time.
Between the miscommunication, lack of follow-through, sudden rate hikes, misinformation, and being dropped for reasons that don’t even line up with my actual record, I can confidently say: Do yourself a favor and don’t bother with State Farm. They are absolutely not on your side. Just ask the people who dealt with them after the tornadoes.
