Terrible experience with this firm there was a confusion on the paperwork which caused my rate to rise incredibly high after processing my cancellation with my other company. Do not recommend them whatsoever. I have asked for their direct supervisor, which I had not been responded to. They told me they would process a refund which I still have not received even though all this happened last Thursday. I placed a deposit under false pretenses and asked to speak to a manager to clear things up, which I was responded to very shortly regarding my refund. EXTREMELY unprofessional and shady.

I just switched over today because the price was saving me $30 a month compared to my last insurance company. Always good to shop around. Griffin was pleasant and helpful to work with over a brief and painless phone call. I hope if and when we really need them should we ever need to make a claim, we will be well taken care of and I think we made the right choice in switching today. Use my name for a referral and get yourself a visa card if you don't know anyone with SF!

Working with Ra-Chel Hozian at this State Farm office has been a safe and wonderful experience. When my accounts moved to this office, Ra-Chel contacted me with warmth and a great professional manner. During my first vehicle collision that took place recently, Ra-Chel was able to assist, going above and beyond. While the national State Farm locations were less than helpful, Ra-Chel took the time with her experience and wisdom to walk me through the process, understanding my options, and expressed empathy and understanding. There's still more to come with this claim process, but with Ra-Chel Hozian at State Farm, I know I'm in good hands. Thank you
