- RMReed MurrayOct 30, 20201.0Well, since I got the wonderful email to ask for a review, I will be truthful here. Three accidents and a house claim and I have only spoken directly to him once. In no situation did anyone ever check in to see how we were up until I filed a complaint with AllState. The latest home claim has been a nightmare. Every last thing was an argument between the claims rep and the inspector quoting the job. I asked Dant to get involved and still heard nothing. After my third email (cc’ing) the entire team, they responded and said he tried to call, yet neither my wife nor I had a call from them or any voicemails. I asked them why he wouldn’t have left a voicemail if he did try and also asked them to look into their call log to see if he attempted (it’s a national company- everything is tracked); we never heard a reply. All this to note- they refused to cover the repairs. I had to sign a settlement to get a partial payment from them and still had to spend $5000 out of pocket to repair what should have been covered by our home insurance policy. Some of this is All State in general, however I do not appreciate or respect anything about the companies customer service. They put on a fake persona all up until you need help. Dant Allison puts a bad name to Allstate (which doesn’t have a great name to begin with). I can go on further, however I think the point and review is demonstrated above.
