  They are quick to collect payment for premiums monthly but when you need help they are MIA. Poor customer service

  Before my policy renewed, Nicole at this office noticed how high the payment was (17-yr-old gets a car, that'll do it). She looked into what else they could offer and called me proactively before the automatic payment went through. She saved us $2000! Such great service, they're really on our side. We've been insured through this office since before Jason Park owned it, and they've always been helpful and great to work with, including when we had a tough claim.

  Haven’t had any interaction with the agency except for signing up and paying my premium. I called the office with a question. The person on the phone was very kind and gracious and answered my question completely.

  I called this Allstate agency and spoke with a representative named Danielle, who made the process unnecessarily difficult and refused to transfer a currently insured vehicle onto a separate policy. This kind of poor customer service is a great way to lose loyal clients. Do better.
