The fact that you can’t use the past 5 passwords is evident that your requirements are too restrictive and nobody can remember them. Pretty much punishing your clients for ever wanting to look up info on your website. If I have to change another password, I’m just gonna change insurance companies instead. Less of a hassle

While I am cashing-in/surrendering a life insurance policy I no longer need, we also did a complete review of my other policies (autos, home owners, personal liability umbrella) to be sure we had appropriate coverage. Paula did a good job in asking questions and providing answers and explanations. I’ve been with this State Farm agency since the late 1980s and have always received great service.
