- BRBill ReuterOct 23, 20251.0I went to so. Sant Paul office on Tuesday this week. I haven't been there for quite a while. I have always had good luck when I go there, nice people. Until Tuesday I met Natalie wow what a horrible person, should not be dealing with the public. In less then a minute she had me so pissed off, I could not even get done what I went there for. That is not a way to run a insurance company. May be time to look around. I have been there a long time to bad stuff like this wrecks things.
