  Mel Peterson is an outstanding agent, she did some good number crunching and got my insurance rate down. Very nice and caring person and very personable. Get this gal a raise, asap !! Allstate i was in good hands !!

  I contacted your office after receiving a billing special notice regarding my financial institution not honoring payment. There was no wait and my call was answered by Brandi H. After a few questions she was able to access my account and after a few questions, Brandi assured me that my policy was paid and everything was good. She then asked about having my Harley set up for automatic payment also. Brandi was very knowledgeable, professional, very easy to understand and all around efficient. Very pleased with the service provided by Brandi and glad to have Allstate as my insurance provider. Thanks for everything, Kraig

  Jaime McIntosh is an insurance agent I’ve been searching for since my previous longtime agent died! Since then I’ve tried Geico and Progressive, both online providers. Their customer service left much to be desired, very cumbersome and most times ineffective with their quality of servicing my car and rental insurance needs-especially claim service! Jaime takes time to get to know her clients and always goes the extra mile when you need her advice. Her knowledge and expertise is commendable from someone who has had 10 years work experience with Travelers Insurance. Thank you, Ben, my son, for the referral. I finally feel like I’m in “good hands”!
