- GAGloria AllenNov 22, 20221.0At this moment I am not very happy with this agency I transferred an existing Allstate to this company met a nice young lady online who promised to pull a rabbit out of her and give me everything that I needed and had at my previous address promise to send hard copies this that and the other 3 weeks later I have nothing I called the lady is out till the end of the year almost somebody else said I had to pay $32 extra for a hard copy don't trust these people yet I'll let you know if they come through for me as of now I'm looking for something different..

When I had a small fender bender, they helped to get everything resolved super fast, and were responsive the entire way through. Based on how well I was treated and handled during that issue, I doubt I'll look elsewhere for insurance for awhile. Thanks to all of the team at Baecker Insurance!
