- GGgNov 9, 20231.0Unfriendly and wasted my time... Got an online quote that had less coverage than my current insurance for double the price. Received an email stating some changes and discounts should be made so they can give me a better quote. Called them back to be told the online quote for cars is accurate and that I need to consider what I get in coverage for their price... No questions were asked about what I wanted, why I wanted a quote, what kind of coverage I needed, who I was currently insured with, or anything. He didn't even mention anything about the home insurance quote. The conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. Obviously, the agent that answered my call was not interested in gaining my business.
