  Sadly, I cannot recommend this group. After calling them to receive personal insurance services, I was not connected with an agent and said to work with a general customer service person until they got all my details. I'll spare the details and summarize by saying: overall lack of attention to detail and lack of attention to customer service (I had to consistently follow up with them as a potential new customer). I did not at all feel valued during the "process" (or honestly lack thereof), even after kindly expressing concerns about it to their manager. So, I started pursing other options. I'm sure they're nice people, but I did not feel they were good at their job.

  Have been trying to work with Mark Thorne. Not very happy with him. Does not return phone calls. Asked him to start a claim on behalf of one of his clients. After 2+ weeks, still no claim #. Very unsatisfied service

  Competitive pricing , great people to work with - when I've needed questions answered they've been there for me . Been with them for several years and they've given me no reason at all to look for another insurance agency !!!
