After calling them to receive personal insurance services, I was not connected with an agent and said to work with a general customer service person until they got all my details. I'll spare the details and summarize by saying: overall lack of attention to detail and lack of attention to customer service (I had to consistently follow up with them as a potential new customer). I did not at all feel valued during the "process" (or honestly lack thereof), even after kindly expressing concerns about it to their manager. So, I started pursing other options. I'm sure they're nice people, but I did not feel they were good at their job.
