  Jesse is amazing! He did exactly what we asked for and has been wonderful with answering questions and, in my opinion, has gone above and beyond any agent I’ve ever had. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Keep up the great work, friend! Jessica I agree with what she said. Not only did he answer all our questions thoroughly but brought up information and topics that were relevant and useful for us to know that we didn’t even think to ask or wonder about prior to. Furthermore he is a good-hearted caring and funny person who sought to ensure our satisfactiion not only regarding car insurance but in life in general. The only reason he doesn’t fit the criteria mandated by his job description is because he doesn’t stop at fulfilling it, but instead supersedes it, goes beyond it, and adds more heart than is required.   I switched to State Farm for the cost savings (I’m a single mom, I can use every extra penny!), but the bonus I got with scoring Jesse as my account manager goes beyond anything I was expecting. I work nights, and he is respectful of my awake/sleep schedule, which is HUGE! My own boss and co-workers don’t even do that. Beyond that, he’s made sure I’m making the best decisions insurance wise for myself and my family, and just gone above and beyond to make the process of switching companies simple and seamless. I’d recommend him to anyone, in a heartbeat! **photo included to show how how my cat sleeps knowing her home is protected by State Farm and Jesse would be there to help if anything happened**

  My husband and I asked Jesse to review our homeowner’s and auto policies hoping to save a little on car insurance and improve our home coverage. Not only did we save — we saved a lot — but we also gained a trusted relationship with a real agent instead of an 800 number. Jesse explained every detail clearly and thoughtfully. His evaluation was honest, meticulous, and the trust factor was immediate. Within minutes, we knew we were moving both policies. My husband said it best: “I would pay more just to work with him.” If I could give more than five stars, I would — 100 stars.

  I have been with Jon's agency State Farm for just 2 years. Though it takes time to really get to know your agent and people within, (usually with a hardship!) can say that 2 things have already truly impressed me. 1 - The staff is personal and they listen. I have dealt with Brandon, Jesse and of course Jon - they are courteous, get back to me quickly and with complete explanations. I like the fact that they do a face to face yearly meeting to discuss and go though policy. Jesse offered options for different things in our face to face meeting which I liked. Regardless if I use them right away - I like understanding the options. 2 - I got hit by a cybertruck last year which totaled my car. I was hurt and in need of a new car besides all the paperwork that goes along with it - not to mention police. (It was a hit & run) They truly made my experience seamless and quick. Anyone that has been in a similar situation knows how VERY much this is appreciated. I look forward in having and working with them. Thank you

  Jesse is one of the nicest, informative and helpful agents that I know. He will go out of his way to help you.If you look in the dictionary under the word "excellence" you should see his name right next to it. He got me an affordable car insurance rate that I can handle .Shout out to Jesse!
