  I called to report that my car was vandalized. That someone had smashed in my back window. They told me to call back the next day to set up an appointment to have it repaired. When I called back, I was told the report said I had backed into another car. I DON'T know where they got that information. But I certainly hope it has been corrected. My car was vandalized. I did not. I repeat. Did not back into anyone. No other damage to the car except a Nick under the window, where they smashed the window. My understanding is that, on the same night someone had also stolen a truck in the same place as my car was parked.

  Started with this agency because a family member worked there as an agent. Had good service with him there, but when he left to be a real estate agent the customer service left with him. I had issue with drive wise taking away discounts for both vehicles when during the 2 years of having the thing connected to my vehicle we never had any claims/ issues. Seems like stealing to me. Asked for Jacob group to help save me some money since I was losing 27% discount between both vehicles. Straight up ignored. No, "sure we can help". No, "sorry, we can't find any way to save money". Just ignored. Great customer service while they're getting your money initially. Train wreck if you ask them to help save you any years into your policy. Not to mention you miss out on great stuff like vanishing deductible and accident forgiveness with these guys. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE ON INSURANCE. I just wouldn't recommend getting through Jacob group agency.

  We have been with this agency since 1974. Always great, friendly professional services. Great people to deal with, and perhaps the most important thing is that when I call, the phone is answered by a live person, not a machine! Thanks Jacob Agency!
