  Jen Wettergren has provided excellent service for our family. We were very happy at our annual review. She was able to save us over $600 on auto premiums because of their Driveology program. We also re-evaluated our home insurance and saved money by adjusting our deductibles. We are very pleased with the financial services Jennifer and Farm Bureau Services provide.

  Called Jennifer to help cancel some policies. She said she would email paperwork and never did. Tried to get in touch with her to follow up and she never responded. Had to go straight to corporate to resolve the issue. Would not recommended her due to her lack of communication and poor execution. Not to mention, there are much better rates for insurance at other companies.
