  I had an excellent experience working with Maddy Bauer at Mary Prosser’s office. She was very receptive to my needs and worked hard to find a plan for exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. When my previous insurance company gave her some trouble with documents, she continued working on retrieving them for over a month (even when the other company said it would take 5 days to get us the docs). There’s a reason my whole family has signed up with Maddy: she’s trustworthy.

  I "was" a very happy personal 2013 and commercial 2017 customer for several years and even paid in full on my commercial policies each year. Allstate could never figure out how to get me access to my policies online even after using separate email addresses for personal and commercial. Additional when I had a claim in June 2022 when I accidently backed my truck in to my Van (Both commercial business vehicles), the process was poorly handled from beginning to end. My biggest complaint: We have commercial auto with there best available rental car coverage, but a commercial vehicle which was a like vehicle was more then twice what Allstate covers so I came several hundred dollars out of pocket. The van took some 5+ months to be repaired do in part to the poor claims process. Your are only in good hands if you do not have a claim!

  We have had excellent service from this company through the years, even a flooded finished basement. We love Mary our agent who always promptly responds. We have insured our home, boat, campers and cars through them for about 50 years. Need I say more!
