  No one likes shopping for and switching insurance but Zach Hefel made it simple - putting up with my stupid questions and my "well if we did this, what would the rate be? Ok, let's try it this way instead" back and forth modeling. He provided solid advice, explained my options, and helped me do an apples-to-apples comparison (even though I was not going to stay with the coverages on my current policy). He definitely made the difference in deciding to go with Allstate. Oh, and if you're considering adding a bad review because you don't like the look of a bulk mail advertisement you got (not the accuracy, just the look of it), yeah.... I'm happy you don't have more pressing matters to worry about in life that that is the biggest issue in your day. :) The rest of us just chuck that kinda thing into the recycling bin and move on with our day.

  The Sniezek Group Agency sent me a letter in an envelope with no return address, with the only thing visible being my name and address on some marbly-looking paper. "Huh," I thought. "Looks like a check. Who's trying to send me a check?" So I opened it, only to find an advertisement from a company I don't like, for a type of insurance I don't need. If they had just presented me with an advertisement that looked like an advertisement, I wouldn't've given it a second thought. But because they stooped to such deceptive business practices as sending me an advertisement on check-looking paper inside an anonymous envelope, I can guarantee that not only will I never consider the Sniezek Group Agency for any insurance, but I will avoid any Allstate agents or agencies, of any kind, for the rest of my life. Nice advertisement, fellas.

  I was a customer for years. Unfortunately, I had two incidents that should have been covered in the last coulple of years. They made sure to find ways out of covering losses. Really a garbage agency. Progressive, ha, is way better and more fair with customers. Shocking but true. Leave Allstate and this agency before you may need insurance that does more than collect money and deny claims.

  Matt Gamm, our agent has been quick to respond and all requests for information have been supplied quickly. we highly recommend the Snizek agency.

  I appreciate the ease of access to in formation and policy changes and their open-door policy. I'd give them five stars if the excellent service was available at a lower rate, but that is the price of business, and I cannot fault the SNiezek group for that. Highly recommend!
