Last week I called the agency to resolve something about my policy and Scott treated me extremely badly to the point that he started yelling at me and I had to end the call to stop the verbal abuse. Today I called again to resolve my problem and he started yelling at me once again, so I asked to speak with his supervisor and Scott disconnected the call. I called Allstate Insurance to try to resolve my problem. However, I was informed that only Burlet can help me. I called Burlet back and no one is answering the phone. I hope no one has to go through this. It is so frustrating that a customer service business can be so rude and insulting. Is it because I am a woman? Is it because I am a Latina? How is it okay in this day and age for an All State agency to treat their customer this way.
