    Overpriced auto insurance. Went up from $755 for 6 months to $1066 at my next 6 month renewal (and that is with discounts applied). Only have a claim for my windshield getting damaged from a rock on the road and that wasn’t even from this year so I see no reason for a 6 month policy to increase over $300. I switched to a different insurance company. They get more than 1 star because they were fine with the 1 claim I have

    People are great, the computer setup needs help in intergration of the diffrent servies, in other words it took more time than comfortable that is not not connected with the agent
