I have had my personal and business insurance with State Farm for almost 30 years and with Jason since he took over for my prior agent roughly 15 years ago.
Rates have stayed comparable to other companies but the service that I receive from his staff is outstanding. That is why I have not switched. It is not worth a few dollars in savings to lose that type of service. Phone calls and emails returned in a timely manner.
I have to thank Nikki for all of her support over the years. She is always there when a question needs to be answered quickly or a business document is needed ASAP. Thank you, Nikki!

I was a client of Jason Greip for several years but ultimately had to switch agents due to ongoing service issues. After notifying his office of a move and canceling my homeowners policy, I received no response for over three weeks despite multiple calls and emails. When I finally heard back, I was told he had been on vacation, but the policy continued to be billed for the several months after cancellation.
Resolving the issue required an additional half dozen calls and emails, and even when they agreed to issue the refund check, it was sent to the wrong address for the home I had sold and cancelled the policy for. This happened in August of 2025, and now in February of 2026 I still haven’t gotten my refund check or received a response from his office on when I can expect to receive it.
I gave the office multiple opportunities to correct these issues, but they were never resolved in a timely or reliable way.
I have since switched to another State Farm agent and have been extremely impressed with the level of service, which confirms that State Farm is a solid company—this was an agent-specific issue. Unfortunately, I would not recommend Jason Greip based on my experience.
EDITED TO ADD: Jason’s office has had my new address since August and still haven’t responded to emails or voicemails about my refund check (hundreds of dollars).
They respond to reviews — just not to customers. Take your business elsewhere.
