  I have had a great experience with All state. They are very efficient and easy to work with. I had roof damage due to hail and was nervous about having to deal with “insurance” to get my roof repaired. To my surprise, filing the claim was very easy, the response of the Eden Prairie office was almost immediate. The adjuster assessed my roof within four days of filing my claim and by the next day, he called me, clearly explained the process for coverage and by the end of that day they deposited the money for the roof replacement in my account. They are always available to answer questions and they are kind and considerate when hey do that. I have never felt rushed into understanding how tha claim works and I think they are very transparent. I am so glad I had them as my insurance team. I don’t think I will be nervous or feel overwhelmed about the thought of calling my home/auto insurance for anything. To me, the All State Insurance office at Eden Prairie is a great example of what customer service should look like. They get 5 stars.

  The office is ever closed and no help to customers when you call the number at the door someone picks it and silently goes without any response
