We contacted Fetzer Insurance about our policy coverage and worked closely with Gabi Halverson in the office. Gabi did and excellent job of navigating us through the claims process. We contracted with a water damage restoration company, tile company, contractor to replace drywall, texture/paint and ordered new tile. During each step of the process and claim submission, Gabi guided us through uploading estimates and working with the State Farm claims adjuster. Gabi was always responsive, timely and positive with all questions and communications. We were very pleased with the support and direction needed to repair our home that we received from Fetzer Insurance.
