Todd Vincelli Insurance has been our current agent for 20 years and they have handled all our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism and in a very prompt amount of time. Terri, who works there is very personable, kind and knowledgeable. She is always willing to go the extra mile without any concern for how long it will take her. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone who is considering an insurance company that will treat you like family.

- PWPorter WagonerJul 2, 20201.0I had these jokers for home and auto for 15 years. Every time I talked to them they always wanted to sell something or add coverage I didn't need. Also, if you do file a claim get ready for excuses and how you'll lose all the discounts you're getting that the sales staff really can't explain. Final straw was when I bought a new vehicle. After I got an eye popping proposed increase I decided to shop around. Switched to Auto Owners and ended up saving $1400 a year on home and auto with the new car versus my coverage with Todd without the new car. The coverage is exactly the exact same. When I called their office they really didn't care. Anybody that's been with Todd for more than a few years should shop around. He's friendly and a great salesman but I probably spent close to $10,000 over 15 years I didn't need to.
