State Farm has failed again. Both my husband and I had State Farm since we could drive. We cancelled our policy with them as they kept upping the prices. Kimberly Nybo's office never reached out to us to obtain our reasoning. We left our life insurance policy with them. Called on 12/11/25 to take a loan out of my life insurance policy. The lady on the phone stated that it would be easier to have a check mailed to me as the auto deposit is taking a longer time. Here we are now on 12/23/25 and we still have not received our check, we have called the office several times, and they just keep telling us there is nothing they can do. We were going to use that money for bills and Christmas presents. They keep telling me its on the way. It doesn't take 2 weeks to get mail. Please explain to me how this is okay. The communication sucks, and they are not helpful at all.
