And I did shop around before. I decided to give Robert a chance, and I’m sooooo glad I did. Robert helped me bundle my home and auto insurance and saved me about $5,800 per year in premiums for home and auto. The service and communication was excellent—he responded right away, set up my new policy the same day, and made the whole process very simple and smooth. I referring all my friends and family. I read in another review that you claim its due to a 3rd party marketer, well time to rethink that strategy as its very creepy and gross, and makes me want to not consider your agency or All State insurance in the future.

There was no identifying info for the agency on the envelope, just a photo of my house within the clear plastic window. The gimmick clearly got me to open a piece of junk mail that would otherwise have gone straight in the trash, but felt like a violation of privacy at best, vaguely stalker-ish/threatening at worst. It may be tough to find new clients, but this tactic is super creepy.
