There was no identifying info for the agency on the envelope, just a photo of my house within the clear plastic window. The gimmick clearly got me to open a piece of junk mail that would otherwise have gone straight in the trash, but felt like a violation of privacy at best, vaguely stalker-ish/threatening at worst. It may be tough to find new clients, but this tactic is super creepy.
