Jorge Monteros was able to explain everything very smoothly and as detailed as possible in spanish to my family. We are very satisfied with the attention and quality service this place provided. My family has switched over and has not regretted it. 10/10 Recommend you join especially if you have a spanish language barrier, this is the place to go.

- CPChase pettersonDec 19, 20171.0I've been with this company for over 20 years, and I have one of the best policies they have to offer. only had 2 claims until recently we had hail damage to my roof and siding this summer. It's been jaw dropping how terrible they've handled this claim. The first adjuster they sent out said there was no damage at all, but my contractor was unable to be there. All of my neighbors had roof and siding damage but that didn't faze this adjuster. Then I had them send another adjuster out, and suddenly my damage appeared. Probably cause my contractor was able to make it this time. Then the new siding totally didn't match the undamaged side, and they told me they are not obligated to match the other siding, cause they will NOT cover extremely faded siding even if it looks completely different. And the bad area is not much more it's a small area and wouldn't cost much. They will do anything to save a buck. So let me ask you. Am I in good hands?
