  Madison was point for my call. She was gracious courteous, and made sure that I got to the correct department with my adjuster, Copart, and doing her best to advocate for what I needed to complete all of this total loss. I’m sure she is a valuable asset to your company and would recommend her highly.

  So if you're reading this you're probably looking for insurance. Well that's how I got here, after 50 plus phone calls and the dreaded emails and all the things that come with shopping for insurance trying to get a reasonable price. Let it be known to the frazzled shopper that there is hope. After bothering one of the agents, that would be you Chelsea, who took the time and answered all my questions and concerns, truly guided me through the process and options that would work for me. Not only was it practically painless ( at least for me) I ended up bundling my house and auto, saving a substantial amount over my current insurance and getting better coverage on my home. This part is for Cliff, if you happen to read this please let Chelsea know that I appreciated her time, professional demeanor, and the ability to deal with me over several occasions, as I am a lot to deal with when it comes to these things.

  WORST experience ever with this agency on a claim. Small flood in my basement, reimbursement for items un-salvageable was horrible. They would only replace items with very used ones off EBAY. They were quick to take my items that were deemed damaged and pay pennies on the dollar to replace them. I have paid double in premiums in one year compare to what I was given. Several calls to the office were never returned and when someone would answer they would just pass the buck. I asked on many occasion to speak with Cliff Hart and was denied by Madison.I would not recommend this agency or Allstate to anyone.

  I had the privilege of talking with Ted Walker whom assisted me in finding an automobile policy and a mortgage insurance policy. Darren and our conversation, Mr. Walker was very informative and thorough providing me with information concerning the two policies. I was very pleased with his service and taking his time to clarify different questions that I had, he was very thorough.. I must say, Mr. Walker was very professional and pleasant and always gave me the ability to ask him questions for clarification. Mr. Walker please keep up the good work. I was very satisfied you did an excellent job. God bless you.
