- NWNicholas Walsh6 days ago1.0If I got five zero I would. Anytime I would try to call for help with my car accident the call would go straight to voicemail. And if I do get someone on the phone they do not help with any questions I have. I will be leaving all state after this.
- DODavid Odziana6 days ago1.0Had a tree fall on our garage. We had an independent adjuster come out and He estimated the damage to be about $10,000 and Allstate gave us $1400 and told us to just patch the hole.

- DDdaveinthx1Jan 8, 20241.0After 25+ years as an Allstate customer, I was forced to leave. I had amazing service all the years I lived out West. When I moved to Michigan, the service fell apart. The first agency I chose didn't answer the phone, and didn't return calls. After radio-silence, I discovered that they closed permanently, and switched me to MGA Insurance Group, with no notification. MGA never reached out, and was also incredibly difficult to get a hold of. When I finally cancelled, somebody at MGA told me they had record of my cancellation, and it would take a few days to go through. However, after two weeks, and no sign of my refund, I had to call the main Allstate customer service number (after MGA didn't answer the phone again) to discover that MGA had in fact not taken any steps to cancel my policy. Unacceptable on so many levels.
