- CCCarly CopusJan 31, 20241.0We had a house fire in Dec 2022. We have not heard from our agent or this agency once and navigating the claim has been a nightmare with zero help. We still aren’t home. We had to file a state complaint against them. Avoid this agency.
- DDdaveinthx1Jan 8, 20241.0After 25+ years as an Allstate customer, I was forced to leave. I had amazing service all the years I lived out West. When I moved to Michigan, the service fell apart. The first agency I chose didn't answer the phone, and didn't return calls. After radio-silence, I discovered that they closed permanently, and switched me to MGA Insurance Group, with no notification. MGA never reached out, and was also incredibly difficult to get a hold of. When I finally cancelled, somebody at MGA told me they had record of my cancellation, and it would take a few days to go through. However, after two weeks, and no sign of my refund, I had to call the main Allstate customer service number (after MGA didn't answer the phone again) to discover that MGA had in fact not taken any steps to cancel my policy. Unacceptable on so many levels.
