I switched to State Farm about a year and a half ago and have been working with Julia. The competitive rates drew me in and the excellent customer service has kept me renewing my policies. Customer service is excellent. Staff are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend!

I want to give a big thank you to Beth for going above and beyond to help me out. She took the time to make sure I was able to get my payment in before the deadline and walked me through using alternative payment options when the app wasn’t cooperating.
What really stood out was her patience and willingness to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s easy to rely on apps and online systems, but Beth showed that if you’re ever having trouble getting things done digitally, you can always come in person and the staff will make sure you’re taken care of.

Everyone is very helpful. I changed insurance companies for only 2 months. Went with a different insurance company. What I was quoted and paid were to different prices. So I called Susan Rauser-State Farm back. I was able to sign back up with less than what the new insurance company had quoted and I paid. I owed the new insurance company money they said they would take it out of my account. But when I canceled everything my bank account information was deleted. So that insurance company but it in collection. I found out it was in collection and called them asked why it was in collection. There answer was, when you canceled we lost the bank information so instead of calling me to tell me what happened they sent it to collection. I canceled the insurance with Allstate on January 16. I still haven't received the money from them for my house insurance. They said they would send it been since January 16 haven't seen it yet.
I've never met anyone at her office or have been to Susan Rauser office. But they make you feel like we are all one big family. Now I live in the UP Marquette Michigan. Think I've been with them 20 years or so.

We have worked several years with SusanRauser State Farm office of Traverse City. They go above and beyond more than any insurance agency I have ever worked with in my life. She has a gentleman that works for her ,David Millar he has went over the above to help my family with even as much as waiting for months for rates to change to get us the best deal. I have auto insurance life insurance and at one time home insurance.
With having said every person they have ever encountered at Susan‘s office has always been so very kind and helpful and they really go the distance to know you as a family and as a person. I highly recommend this office !!!! 1000%
