  I have been struggling with my former Auto insurance carrier, ever since I moved back to Michigan. A good friend of mine told me to contact Russ and that's the best decision and phone call I've ever made. He was very easy to talk to and very informative.   I was with progressive insurance for 7 years. Without even asking me they doubled my insurance by assuming my new daughter-in-law that moved in with us did not have her own insurance. They did not even have the courtesy enough to ask me about it. Russ and his team had contacted me in previous years to get my insurance business. I should have gone with State Farm in them years ago because they took in consideration that I was on Medicare and it reduced the medical liability portion of my car insurance. I highly recommend You give them the opportunity to show you the difference from what you presently have. My representative Jane has been very responsible and on top of every possible way for me to save money with State Farm.
